Obtained from the fermentation in steel of Sangiovese vine, Samore is the youngest and freshest expression, aged exclusively in steel. It’s a wine with a dry and fresh taste, characterized by a ruby red color with purple nuances and a typical hint of violet. It matches well with appetizers of salumi and first courses.
