Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC

Obtained from the fermentation in steel of Sangiovese vine, Samore is the youngest and freshest expression, aged exclusively in steel. It’s a wine with a dry and fresh taste, characterized by a ruby red color with purple nuances and a typical hint of violet. It matches well with appetizers of salumi and first courses.

Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification with fermentation in steel, aging in steel (6 months) and bottle
