The “Diamante” extra virgin oil has the structure of raw stone and the elegance of a finely cut diamond, although in reality, “Diamante” is a tribute to the maternal grandmother, family traditions, and good agriculture.

It is the product of a small olive grove that receives both direct sunlight and the reflected light from the Vena del Gesso, with roots deep in clay-rich soil that ensures good water retention, even during hot and dry summers.

The artichoke notes perceived in the nose extend onto the palate, where they are accompanied by an enveloping sweetness that finishes with a subtle spiciness.

Aromatic complexity, balance, and elegance make this “Diamante” a true gem, enhancing dishes with richness in flavor and health benefits.
