Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC

Romagna and Sangiovese are an inseparable combination, and from the selection of the best grapes comes out this wine. The fermentation in steel and the subsequent aging in 500L French Tonneaux for 8 months give this wine greater softness and elegance. The taste, even if it is dry, is harmonious. The aroma is characteristic and intense. Ideal with pasta with ragù and main cours-es.

Method of Production:

Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification with fermentation in steel, aging 8 months in Tonneaux and bottle (4 months)

Sensory Characteristics:

Ruby red in colour with garnet nuances, characteristic and intense aroma of small red fruits, dry and harmonious on the palate

Service temperature: 18-20° C. Matching: first and second courses
