Quality sparkling wine made from Famoso vine, ancient vine of Ravenna known by the name of Rambëla. The wine base is obtained with early harvesting of the grapes, followed by destemming and pressing; the must is then cleaned by cold static defecation, inoculated and fermented at low temperature. It is then fermented in an autoclave for at least 6 months. It is thus obtained a quality sparkling wine, which despite the double processing, preserves the typical varietal flavors of Famoso and great pleasure bubbles. Ideal as an aperitif, appetizers and seafood too.
