Obtained from Trebbiano di Romagna grapes, a variety widely grown in our region. 70% of the grapes are harvested early, while the remaining 30% are picked later. The must undergoes fermentation partly in steel tanks and partly in barriques, followed by prolonged aging on fine lees in steel tanks and bottles. A wine with remarkable body and complexity.
