The most noble version of our Bursôn, wine made from Uva Longanesi vine, ancient native grape variety of the Ravenna plain (in Bagnacavallo), saved and reproduced in the ’50s by the Longanesi family and promoted by the “Consorzio Il Bagncavallo”. Characterized by the drying of the grapes in the cellar and subsequent aging of the wine in French Tonneaux. Our most famous and award-winning wine, characterized by roundness and complexity. Emotional, enveloping and with a strong character, ideal paired with red meat and game.

Manual harvest of the grapes, 100% drying 30/40 days in the cellar, vinification with fermentation in steel, aging 48 months in French Tonneaux and bottle (12 months)
