Produced only in the best vintages, the Reserve is obtained by vinifying 100% Sangiovese vine. After fermentation in steel the wine is aged in French Tonneaux of 500 and 700 L. for 18-24 months. The result is a wine with a velvety and harmonious taste. Excellent pairing with roasts, game and red meat.
