The youngest version of our Bursôn, a wine made from Uva Longanesi vine, an ancient native grape of the Ravenna plain, saved and reproduced in the ’50s by the Longanesi family and promoted and enhanced by the “Consorzio Il Bagnacavallo”. We call it a “daily wine”, fresh and with fine tannins, suitable for pasta, but also from appetizers to first courses and to main courses.
