The twentieth vintage also represents a further step forward from a technical perspective: the ageing process has been refined to fully enhance the wine’s identity, complexity, and elegance.
Bursôn 2018 matures for 36 months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 12 months in concrete and 12 months in bottle—a long and patient journey that lends depth, balance, and remarkable expressive power.
With this vintage, we set out to take Bursôn to an even higher level, without ever losing our connection to the land and to our history.
